Dandong Jintian Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. It is a modern casting enterprise integrating casting processing, sales, mold design and manufacturing. It is a focus on customized steel castings. The company is located in Zone B of Erlong Industrial Park, Fengcheng, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, covering an area of nearly 65 mu, with a total investment of more than 0.1 billion yuan.
The company has a complete resin sand molding production line, adopts domestic advanced automatic sand mixing system, automatic sand falling system, intermediate frequency electric furnace, shot blasting machine, heat treatment and other casting equipment, and has a complete mechanical performance laboratory, metallographic analysis room, German imported direct reading spectrometer and other testing equipment. The company has passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification and strictly implements management according to system standards; 

the company has a R & D, management team and skilled production and processing  team specializing in casting design, process assurance, quality control, production and manufacturing for many years. It strictly carries out order review, implements order production process, carries out process evaluation according to product quality advance planning and potential failure mode and consequence analysis, and can provide customers with efficient and high-quality products and services. The company's products can be used in automobiles, building materials, roads and bridges, hydropower, equipment industry and other fields; at present, the product manufacturing capacity can reach 8000-10000 tons/year.
