Sinotruk Group Technical Experts Come to Jintian for Guidance and Exchange
From September 23 to 25, the Technical Institute, Design Institute and Casting and Forging Center of Sinotruk Group jointly appointed an expert group of four, including Liu Changsen, to come to our company for technical guidance and exchange. The two sides focused on the 125 of mining truck axle housing and electric drive cast steel axle housing casting cracks, shrinkage and other issues to explore, trial production of samples. In the process, heavy truck experts proposed to increase the process subsidies, add anti-crack tie bars, change the placement of cold iron and other process technology means, through the trial production of samples, the effectiveness of the change of the process was verified, to provide us with a lot of help. Eliminating casting defects such as cracks in large-size thin-walled axle housing steel castings is a recognized technical problem in the industry. Our company has invested a lot of energy and has always been committed to eliminating defects as much as possible from the process. The technical process measures we used and the final product effect have also been highly praised by heavy truck experts.
